Shipping & Returns
Your order is as important to us as it is to you! If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on Shipping, Delivery and Returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Shipping
- We process & dispatch orders Monday through Friday {9 AM – 5 PM}. The humans of Immunity Bloom hustle to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies.
- We do not provide COD as of now, only pre-paid orders are accepted with free shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns and exchanges for our products in any condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return of our products simply because of a customer’s change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you.
Delivery
Namaste! Our Immunity Bloom products love exploring as much as we do. We currently deliver within India.
Order Confirmation
Placing an order with us is extremely simple. You can complete your purchase by entering your contact details on checkout. You can also become a registered user on the website to facilitate future purchases.
Once you register, your order information will always be available to you in your account. If you are a guest customer, you can access the details through the link we send you in your confirmation email & on whatsapp.
Cancellation
Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to amend orders once they have been placed. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes; however please be aware this is not always possible.
